Modify the labels of "Skill" and "Job"

One of my customers (Space Coop EU) is requesting that the "Skill" and "Job" labels be changed for their platform:

Skill --> Interests Job --> Occupation

Is this setting per instance possible?

If so, how much would it cost to do so?

If not, is it possible to consider a solution where the labels can be configured by client (without forgetting the translations) and to make an estimate in tokens?
