single user chat

The component should accept a jabber id and display a single user chat with that person.

@jcbrand I think we don't have that feature yet. I think we should include it in the alpha.

Ok. It would be a matter of updating the web component and also updating converse.js to suppport embedded private chats (currently it only supports embedded group chats).

• Rename converse-muc-embedded.js to converse-embedded.js
• Update converse-embedded.js to remove assumption of anonymous login (see settings.update)
• Update converse-embedded.js to remove assumption that only MUCs can be embedded
• Add new config setting for auto-joining a private chat
