Add emoji compatibility for all the devices

Some emojis are not really well displayed because not compatible on the current device

Maybe add the fonts could resolve this

But it looks like the emoji picker itself serves only the emojis of the current device

Another solution would be to restrain the emoji selection to the really common ones (would make more sense)
