Feature: parent subscriptions

• added parent subscription mechanism
• parent subscriptions are sent notifications for their children (nested fields)

@jbpasquier : Could you deploy and test this on test1/test2 please? I've tested locally with console logs and the behaviour seems correct, but I can't test it with prosody.. To test you will need to migrate the model, and then delete the subscriptions and recreate the /circle/ subscription (it will create the nested subscriptions automatically)
