This basic behaviour allow splitting of /xyz/ and one /xyz/ with filtering.
EP can now call /ssr/actors/ and /ssr/actors/?search-fields=visible&search-terms=True&search-method=exact and have a server cache for both. Needed to display projects from non-visible actors, thus removing almost 50 requests from production.
