update documentation, files reorganization

Except the files reorganization in folders (one folder for each section of the documentation), modifications are :

  • get-started.rst content deleted (redundancy with install-djangoldp-server.rst) and replaced by the podcast-tutorial.rst content
  • what-is-sib.rst and why-use-sib.rst grouped in one file (sib-presentation.rst) and some content is updated
  • file introduction-framework-documentation.rst renamed how-to-use-documentation.rst (title changed too)
  • introduction of install-djangoldp-server.rst file updated
  • TEST-index.rst added to test the table of content modifications
  • presentation files added : list-base-components.rst, list-external-components.rst, list-mixins.rst, list-widgets.rst, javascript-API.rst (just referenced in the TEST-index.rst file for now)

Merge request reports
