minor: fix pipeline

• Update to latest versions (Cypress, node lts, core, babel plugin, ts)
• Fixed pipeline
• Fix tests (trombone vs trombon, tests isolation)
• Usage of example.com instead of invalid certificate domain
• Scroll into view whenever a route is triggered.
