Add new endpoints for djangoldp

See the specs in #19 (closed)

  • Add 3 new endpoints (muc_admin, muc_members_admin, user_admin)
  • Preserve the 2 old happydev_* ones

Notes:

  • The all affiliation is added on muc creation
