Creation of a blox UI kit

@sophie we would like to create a creatives guidelines for the mainteners to apply those rules when they work on a blox and to create a unity on Hubl between every bloxs. The idea is to have generic guidelines:

spacings
fonts
sizes
action buttons
forms
...
