Add version on front-end

We would like to add the version of the Sib App on the "A Propos" page.

Implementation could go this way:

After tag creation, a file is added to the build folder: version
This file contains the tag number
A component that could:
- Poll this file
- Show the version on "A Propos" page
- Check if the version of the client, on the visitor's browser, is the latest
- Ask the visitor's browser to reload the page if it's not the latest

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
