Config refactoring

• Dynamic routing for modules
• Unique ID generation for each modules
• Routing API for web components
• (breaking change!) New config format
• Every module is now optional
• themeChecker, notification, auto-login, registering, admin, communities, about, chat, analytics are now a module on their own
