Draft: Add automated tests on solid-directory component

To facilitate testing, automated tests are added. The data used for the tests is loaded on a server in a Docker container.

Some tests are pending for the moment (reactivity of the display of skills after editing my profile, see issue #26 , difficulties to test picture profile edition, see issue #27 ).

index.html example file not clear anymore (currently nothing to show as an example without a server)
